Is it secure?

All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. RUTHLESS never sees or stores your card details.

Failed payment?

If money leaves your account but the order does not confirm, it is auto-reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. Write to support@ruthless.co.in with the transaction reference and we will chase it for you.
