Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags attached.

How to return

1. Email support@ruthless.co.in with your order number and reason.
2. We arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours where the pincode is serviceable.
3. Once the item passes a quality check, the refund is initiated.

Refund timeline

Refunds reach the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the quality check clears.

• Items marked Final Sale
• Items damaged through wear
